توقيع الاتفاقية بين باسكال بيرسون وسيرج فلوطي
شركة التأمين العربية أبرمت شراكة استراتيجية مع شركة eData، وهي شركة إماراتية تقدّم خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات الضخمة لشركات التأمين في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. وقد تمّ توقيع الاتفاقية من قبل سيرج فلوطي، المدير الإقليمي للشركة في دولة الإمارات، وباسكال بيرسون، المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة إي داتا. ومن خلال هذا التعاون، أصبح بإمكان شركة التأمين العربية من الآن دمج حلول eData المتقدمة في عمليات التأمين الخاصة بها. وستصبح التأمين العربية أكثر اعتماداً على الذكاء الاصطناعي، وفي تحليل المطالبات والأتمتة وكل ما من شأنه أن يُسّرع الخدمات لإرضاء الزبائن وتسهيل قضاياهم.
بالمناسبة قال سيرج فلوتي: “هذه خطوة مهمة لشركة التأمين العربية. مع تحوّل الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى ضرورة، لا إلى ترف، نفخر بأن نكون روادًا في إدخال الأتمتة الذكية في طليعة عمليات التأمين”. أما باسكال بيرسون فعلّق قائلاً: “نشهد تحولاً واضحاً في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، حيث يتبنى المزيد من شركات التأمين حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي المُثبتة من eData لتعزيز الكفاءة وتقليل الخسائر وتحسين تجربة العملاء. وتُعد شركة التأمين العربية الآن جزءاً من هذا التحوّل”.
